"When we learned very quickly that electricity was something best left to the experts, Thomas was our first call--and our only call. We had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once we met Thomas at Classic Electric, we stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Thomas was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Thomas even sent us a thank you note in appreciation for our business. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic (and commitment to a job well done) these days. "Thomas took on an electrical job I can only describe as one of biblical proportions! Adnara Equestrian Center is a boarding facility in Aurora that had previously been owned by a do-it-your- self kind of guy using duct tape and bailing twine. The wiring in the main boarding barn was a hodge podge of disaster waiting to happen. After meeting with several electricians to assess the scope of the job I chose to work with Classic Electric because Thomas had a can-do attitude and assured me the end product would be both up to code and permitted. It was obvious in the walk through he knew what he was talking about and the size and complexity of the job did not scare him off.
I truly say working with Thomas was a pleasure due to his professionalism and work ethic. He gave us many suggestions for functionality and cost savings which were much appreciated on a project of this size. Now our barn is well lit, plugs are in good places, switches make sense and most importantly I feel safe knowing Thomas brought everything up to standard. His experience with old houses and barns certainly showed as he unraveled the years of do-it-yourself wiring we inherited. Thanks Thomas!"

"I wish all contractors were like Thomas: Dependable, quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.
My partner and I hired him to install two outlets in each of our bathrooms, and he did an excellent job. He exceeded our expectations and we were very satisfied with his level of service.
During the initial consultation, he made suggestions that were sensitive to our needs and budget. We liked that he was punctual, very communicative throughout all stages of the project, and even went so far as to organize the electrical box so that all the wires were clean and safe. (He didn't charge us for that extra hour, which was really nice of him.)
I'd definitely recommend his service to anyone looking for an electrician who is professional, responsible, and knows their stuff. Thank you Thomas!"

"Thomas is the ultimate professional! I had a large remodel done on my 1905 historic home. I got 3 estimates from different electrical companies and I only wanted Thomas to do the work because I could tell that as the owner and master electrician he has the most knowledge. Also, when I interviewed him for the job he was the most enthusiastic about my home and the project. He helped me design the lighting styles and layout and I am very happy with how it all turned out. Thomas, the owner, was on the job every day - they didn't just send out some guy to work on my house. He was always on time and on schedule. He continually asked about my needs and made sure they were being met. Another great thing is that he packed out his own garbage so I wasn't left to deal with all of it. I would highly recommend Thomas at Classic Electric for any residential remodel project!"

"We had Classic Electric come out shortly after we moved in to our property summer of 2014. We finally got around to checking pricing against a couple other contractors and went with Thomas for our work. He came out in November, 2014.
Scope of work was to install a recessed outlet into an existing circuit for our wall mounted TV. Run coax cable for the TV so that we could add an antenna at some point and run an ethernet cable to our closet where we added another outlet for the internet router.
There are really no negatives with Classic Electric. Thomas is upfront and honest about what he does, his pricing, and shows a sense of integrity rarely seen with service providers these days. In other words, he tells you what he's going to do and he does it. Having worked with contractors over the years in California and now in Oregon its very refreshing to find someone who is upfront, open, and honest about his business. Not to mention, he's on-time, neat, and professional. We have found our go to guy for all future electrical work."

"I was referred to Classic Electric by one of my business associates. They did an OUTSTANDING job on my project. Thomas communicated with me on a daily basis regarding this difficult project. They came up with incredibly creative lighting solutions for dark spaces in my 70's fixer. I would highly recommend them for any electrical project you may have. They left my home clean of debris, new fixtures, new panel installed, done on time and as quoted.

We called him with a last-minute request to put in under-cabinet lighting (in an already under construction kitchen) and he made time to fit us into his busy schedule. He was extremely professional, timely and always seemed to have our best interests in mind. As part of the job, we discovered we were in need of some other electrical upgrades in our house and Thomas managed all of those seamlessly. "Thomas was awesome and gave #1 Customer Service. I recently purchased a very old home with lots of electrical needs. Thomas came into the meeting and was very helpful and informative. He explained in layman terms what the issues were that he saw. He sat down and spent time with me and made sure I understood what was needed to be done. Unfortunately, due to conflicting schedules, Thomas was unable to do the work. But, he pointed me in the right direction, gave me pointers for when I do hire a electrician and also share pricing of some items so I would not be taken advantage of. Owning an old house, you work with a lot of contractors I greatly appreciated the time he took with me; about 45 minutes even when he knew he was not able to take the job. And it was on a Sunday morning. Thank you Thomas for you sincerity and sharing your expertise. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Classic Electric."
