Wiring houses at the beach requires special skills and knowledge because of the effect of the salty air on traditional metal boxes and fixtures. It doesn’t take long for a traditional steel electrical panel or meter to look like it has been there for years due to rust build-up. We use stainless steel electrical meters and panels as well as PVC conduit instead of metal conduit. This keeps your home’s wiring looking new for years down the road and keeps your home safer because there isn’t corrosion on your electrical fixtures.
